Thank you for shopping with AURUM. All orders are fulfilled by Blanka. Below is how shipping works under their terms (as of October 2025).

 

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

• Once payment is confirmed, Blanka typically processes orders within 2–5 business days.
   

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
   

 

2. Shipping Regions & Delivery Times

• North America (Canada & U.S.) — Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
   

• Global / International — Standard delivery: 5–14 business days.
   

• Expedited International — 4–12 business days (depends on destination).
   

• Note: Customs, local postal delays, or remote regions may extend delivery times beyond these estimates.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping is not included in the product price — it’s calculated separately.
   

• For customer & sample orders, Blanka uses flat shipping rates based on destination.
   

• For inventory or bulk orders, the cost may be dynamically calculated based on weight.
   

• In rare cases, after the final weight is determined, extra shipping costs may be charged.
   

 

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes depending on local regulations — these are customer responsibility, not included in the paid price.
   

• Orders may be delayed in customs; this is outside of Blanka’s control.
   

 

5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

• Confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout.
   

• AURUM (through Blanka) is not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses provided by you.
   

• For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, contact us at [connect@aurumedition.com], and we’ll coordinate with Blanka to resolve.
   

 

6. Limitations & Disclaimers

• Delivery time estimates are approximate and subject to change (weather, carrier delays, customs, etc.).
   

• Remote locations or areas with limited postal service may see longer delivery periods.
   

• Extra charges may occur for certain locations or orders after shipment calculations.
