Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from AURUM. Because all orders are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner Blanka, our return and refund process follows their guidelines.
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final once placed.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [connect@aurumedition.com] with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll work with Blanka to review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
Refunds or replacements may be approved if:

The package is lost in transit (after verified carrier investigation)
Items are not eligible for return or refund if:

You changed your mind after receiving the product

The item has been opened, used, or altered

The issue results from incorrect address or mishandling after delivery

If approved, a replacement or refund will be issued through the original payment method.
4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds are processed once confirmed by Blanka’s fulfillment team.
Depending on your payment provider, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please place a new order once your refund has been processed.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Blanka fulfillment error (damaged or incorrect item).
In all other cases, customers are responsible for any return-shipping costs, if applicable.
